Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products at 9aprils Studio are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand). 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal preference

We will offer a replacement or full refund only if:
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error
• The wrong item was sent

To request a resolution, contact us at simplymakesenses@gmail.com within 
7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the issue

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original 
payment method.

Note: Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer 
are non-refundable.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c)). As all products at 9aprils Studio are custom Print-on-Demand items produced specifically per order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. By placing an order, EU customers acknowledge and agree to this exception.
