🚚 Where do you ship from?

All our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Orders within the United States are typically printed and shipped from within the US. International orders may ship from the US or EU depending on the nearest fulfillment center. We do not ship from a warehouse — every item is made just for you.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

United States: 3–7 business days after production
United Kingdom / Europe: 7–14 business days after production
Australia / Canada: 7–14 business days after production
Asia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production

Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

📦 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

↩️ What is your return/exchange policy?

Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

📐 What sizes do you offer?

Most of our apparel is available in sizes S through 4XL. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
